How do I return an item?

We ship from the Netherlands and USA

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders will be processed 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please contact us for further information

 

What if the item(s) are damaged or incorrect?

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have received a product that is missing, defective or incorrect. Please include your order number, photograph of the item(s) and all related information upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible

 

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund once it has been processed by us.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible; you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time may be denied. Your order can be refunded for a full refund after it is received.
